This study aims to analyze the effect of training on affective commitment, leadership style commitment job satisfaction and turnover intention. Research conducted at PT Pertamina International Refinery in West Papua using explanatory research accordance with quantitative methods. The technique collecting data is through a questionnaire. population sample are 120 respondents. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis, after going validity reliability tests classical assumption tests. results found that had significant commitment. Leadership has no Affective employee satisfaction. And intention PT. Kilang Papua.
